HAMISH WAVES THE FLAG
The 2012 FIM Junior World Championship is all set for the Bulgarian track at Sevlievo and New Zealand will be represented this time around by former national junior champion Hamish Harwood.
The young man from Takaka, at the tip of the South Island, has been racing this season in the United Kingdom as part of the Kiwi Dirtbike-Gym Motocross racing team, so he is no stranger to top international competition.
More than 150 top junior riders will travel to Sevlievo in late August to battle for Junior World Championship glory, representing 34 countries, including South Africa, the Philippines, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Australia and many more.
