The Yamaha Central Enduro Series is about to kick off with the first round coming up at Pahiatua next weekend, on April 7.

Event organiser Stu Sowry, from the Bushriders Motorcycle Club, has set a course over a good mix of farmland and tight tree sections, with one terrain test being a training area that is often used by Kiwi international Paul Whibley.

With rounds in Pahiatua, Wellington, Martinbourgh, Taupo and a special final in Wellington, riders will encounter a good mix of terrain and conditions, with classes at most events catering for experts through to juniors and trail riders.

Sunday’s race is on farm property at 132 Mangamaire Rd, Pahiatua. The venue will be signposted from the Pahiatua township.
