Wanted … Supercross riders and volunteers.

International calibre supercross is coming to Hamilton with the Australasian Supercross Champs on November 21.

Entries are now open for this event. Classes are senior Open and senior Lites. More details from www.superx.com.au. and www.ma.org.au/superx09regs.

The Open class will feature international riders, including Aussie superstar Chad Reed, however while there is space for New Zealand riders to enter the Open class, the Lites class is exclusive to NZ riders. Entries close on September 30 (and that’s just over a week from now!).

We are also looking for volunteers to help with the track maintenance, starting, flag marshalling and assisting the organisers. There is free admission and apparel for these volunteers. A great opportunity to get inside and meet the riders and work with the biggest supercross in New Zealand.
