MXTrackr has now launched in New Zealand and it may revolutionise motocross management for riders, parents, clubs, and coaches.
Yes, MXTrackr, an innovative new platform designed to streamline the management of motocross activities, has officially announced its launch in New Zealand.
Built by riders, for riders, MXTrackr addresses the common frustration of scattered information, offering a centralised digital home for every aspect of a rider’s journey.
“Every rider has a story hidden in their maintenance records, race results and ride logs. MXTrackr is about bringing those stories together,” says Shane Gilbert, the founder of MXTrackr.
“Our goal is to create a digital home for a rider’s entire journey, from their first gate drop to their latest championship result.”
The inspiration behind MXTrackr stems from a shared experience within the motocross community: the challenge of tracking vital information.
Riders invest significant time and money into their bikes, yet crucial data – from maintenance schedules and bike setups to riding sessions, GPS data, and race results – is often fragmented across various platforms, notebooks, and memories. MXTrackr consolidates this information into one intuitive platform, empowering riders to spend less time searching and more time riding.
“We want riders to spend less time searching for information and more time riding,” adds Gilbert.
“The future of rider development isn’t just talent and hard work; it’s having access to better information and understanding your progression over time.”
New Zealand boasts one of the strongest grassroots motorcycle communities globally, supported by dedicated clubs, passionate volunteers, and committed families. MXTrackr is designed to bolster this foundation, not overshadow it.
“Grassroots motocross is built on passionate volunteers, clubs and families. MXTrackr is designed to support that community, not replace it,” states Gilbert.
Beyond individual riders, MXTrackr offers robust tools for coaches and team managers, providing insights that accelerate rider development and facilitate more informed decision-making.
The platform’s roadmap includes expanded coaching tools, advanced GPS analysis, club integration, and AI-powered insights, all aimed at enhancing the riding experience and maximizing value from every ride.
“Motorcycling has always been about community. If MXTrackr can help riders stay organised, learn faster and get more enjoyment from their bikes, then we’ve achieved exactly what we set out to do,” concludes Gilbert.
MXTrackr is set to become an indispensable tool for the New Zealand motocross community, fostering better organisation, knowledge preservation, and a more rewarding riding experience for all.
The next step for Mxtrackr is their introduction of GPS sensors that will be mounted to the bike to further gather important data for rider feedback.
