Finally we can now feast our eyes on the latest motorcycling offering from Triumph, a brand more traditionally associated with café racer-style cruising road bikes.
The long-awaited Triumph 250 Motocross Bike is revealed here in this short video clip.
Amateur motocross ace Evan Ferry joins former American motocross and supercross legend-turned sports commentator and Triumph ambassador Ricky Carmichael for the final test of Triumph’s new 250cc motocross bike.
The film has been released by Triumph in the run-up to the reveal of the new 250cc motocross bike and go behind the scenes to meet members of the project team, share details of the all-new aluminium chassis, and engine and witness the final test.
The new motocross and enduro project clearly has close ties with Triumph’s core road bike offerings and the company’s heritage.
When the project was originally announced, Triumph CEO Nick Bloor said: “This marks a new chapter for the Triumph brand, which everyone at Triumph is incredibly excited to be part of.
“We are 100 percent committed to making a long-lasting impact in this highly competitive and demanding world, with a single-minded ambition to deliver a winning motorcycle lineup for a whole new generation of Triumph riders.”
The full reveal date is yet to be announced.
