Here’s some great footage from the Rory Mead benefit ride at Taikorea at the weekend.

Wellington cross-country and enduro ace Mead (pictured above) seriously injured himself when he crashed at round three of the Grand National Cross-country (GNCC) series in the United States in March this year and he remains in the US where he is undergoing continued rehabilitation.

His friends and fans came together at the weekend to raise funds for Rory at an open ride day at the Taikorea Motorcycle Park on the outskirts of Palmerston North.
