Multi-time former New Zealand motocross champion Darryll King has tasted first blood at the Veterans’ Motocross Wordl Cup, part of the programme at the Swedish Grand Prix at Uddevalla, round 12 of the world MXGP and MX2 series.

The Yamaha rider from the Waikato (seen on bike No.121 in the video clip below) led home Czech Republic rider Zerava Martin and Swedish defending world veterans’ champion Mats Milsson.

The VMX class will race again overnight (NZ time).
