Women and girls are tackling motocross, enduro and cross-country events in greater numbers than ever before.

It seems that at every dirt bike event that BikesportNZ.com attends, the starting grids in the women’s classes are bulging at the seams.

Here are a few of the girls in action at the recent Trent Haywood Memorial Motocross event near Te Puke.
