Trail riding is at its best this coming weekend in the form of the second two-day event of the KTM Six Days of Trail being held at Ohakuri Forest, just 35 kilometres north of Taupo.

The KTM Six Days of Trail is a series of two-day trail rides held over three weekends. Unfortunately the first two-day ride had to be called off as the fire danger was well into Extreme and you can’t be to care full with someone else’s land and trees.

This weekend rides will feature awesome tracks from the old Roger White trail ride days and of course some new tracks as well.

Each day will feature a 40-kilometre main loop with a 10-kilometre short loop and a really good kids track that is about 4 kilometres long.
