BUST A NUT
The big Value Cars Nutbuster 2012 is just around the corner.
On Saturday, September 29, at Trig Road, Woodstock, Oxford is the third annual running of what is becoming the South Island’s premier extreme endurance race.
Several of New Zealand’s finest off road riders are set to do battle on some of Canterbury’s spectacular mountains, rivers and streams.
Track co-ordinators Mark Macdonald and Steve Grossi aim to give you a unique and challenging 25km course. There are five classes to choose from: Pro, Pro Vet, Experts, Expert Vet and Clubman. Expert and Clubman will have by passes around some of the more challenging parts.
Clubman riders will only complete one lap of the course.
Riders will be started in groups of 3 every 30 seconds. All riders that complete the course and finish receive a Finisher’s Nut from Roberts Engineering.
This course has some very unique features that are only in this area.
Prize giving will be held at The Pegasus Arms in Christchurch, where all riders attending will be in the draw to win a XRC Steering dampener, valued at $900, kindly donated by Xtreme Racing Components.
