COACHING OPPORTUNITY
With less than two weeks to go until the launch of the first ilabb coaching school, coach Nick Saunders can now give everyone an insight as to how the school will work.
“We have built a program that is going to benefit all riders at all abilities, maximising the three days that we have with the riders. With three different coaches (Saunders, Rhys Carter and Michael Cotter) riders will be categorised on ability into three groups where they can make the most of the time they have at the school.
“The first two days will be held at Digger McEwen Park and the final at the Saunders MX track which will give us a variation of tracks to ride and coach on.
“As well as this we will also be focusing on fitness which is a huge piece to the puzzle in achieving your goals on a dirt bike.”
