Anyone lucky enough to visit the Rocket Motor Circuit in Sumbawa, host venue for round 12 of the MXGP world series in Indonesia recently, had the chance to get a first-hand look at the amazing circuit.
We have to say, though, that looking at photos doesn’t do justice to the previously untried track.
What does to it justice is this cool GoPro video, on board with Slovenian MXGP world championship leader Tim Gajser.
Take a ride with Gajser as he carves his way around the technical circuit and against the best motocross riders in the world.
In the best Indonesian GP in recent times, Gajser dominated both his races, finishing 1-1 for his eighth overall GP victory of the season.
A lot of work went into creating this amazing venue where Gajser showed the speed of his bike, putting his red machines at the front of the field and giving the thousands of Honda riders in the crowd something to cheer for.
