The science of supercross is a tough subject to teach, though we’re pretty sure it’s the first class today’s young racers would sign up for in an instant.

Here’s a cool video as the Kawasaki factory team goes through the process of testing for supercross.

Kawasaki tester Broc Tickle and multi-time former champion Jeremy McGrath tell us about how it works at the test track. Tickle also works closely with rider Jason Anderson.

The next race of this year’s AMA Supercross Championships is round 14, this Saturday, April 16, in Atlanta, Georgia (but actually, Sunday, NZ time).
