The third round of five in the New Zealand Enduro Championships was held over the weekend and some of the places they rode through looked like scenes out of Jurassic Park.
The racing was held over two days in the Akatarawa Forest, in the Moonshine Valley, just north of Capital city Wellington, about halfway between Upper Hutt and Porirua.
Here we go on board with Helensville rider Luke Uhrle (Kawasaki).
Uhrle, on a comeback from injury, finished the weekend a solid 22nd overall.
The final two rounds of the series are set for the Wairarapa Region this coming weekend.
