On their way to the 53rd annual New Zealand Motocross Grand Prix at Woodville, The newly-formed Husqvarna Red Bull New Zealand Race Team assembled for a little pre-race practice, testing and a photo/video shoot at the Taikorea Motocycle Park on the outskirts of Palmerston North.

BikesportNZ.com and the Flash Media video crew were there to capture the action.

Little were they to know at that stage that Husqvarna Red Bull New Zealand Race Team rider Kayne Lamont (seen here on the Husky TC250 No.94) was that weekend to become the GP winner in the MX2 class.

Lamont and British 125cc class rider Rob Holyoake (on the bike with letter R) will now brace themselves for, what the team hopes will be, a repeat performance at the opening round of the New Zealand Motocross Championships near Timaru in just six days’ time (February 8).
